I received good medical care here. However, I received a bill 1.5 years after I was seen which is completely unacceptable.

Dr Gonzalez and his tech were absolutely amazing!! I had to get a cortisone injection in the ankle and he talked me through the entire process. He explained everything in detail and was phenomenal. You see he really cares for his patients and truly wants to help. I would highly recommend him!!

If you like apathy then come here! I went here to get my knee looked at due to severe pain. I was told by the receptionist that I couldn't be seen by the urgent care and I would need to make an appointment. I work a very physical job and am unable to work in the amount of pain I'm in. The receptionist told me that because I was in in 2021 and didnt go to a follow up appointment that I would need to see a doctor and that urgent care wouldn't be able to do anything for me. IT WASN'T EVEN THE SAME KNEE. Thanks to the incredibly unhelpful and apathetic receptionist I ended up going to Yale instead. I guess you don't need any professionalism or people skills to work the front desk. Don't go here

Dr. Scanlon and his Team of Super Heroes ( Amanda, Chris and Kyle) at Ct Orthopaedics are Outstanding! I arrived at my appointed time for hand surgery, was taken in immediately to pre-op area. Cree, the nurse, set me up beautifully and got me prepped then Dr. Scanlon came in to review surgery with me. I was then brought to the immaculate surgical theater. Dr. Scanlon is the ultimate medical professional - a kind, skilled and compassionate doctor. His team work with him cohesively and efficiently. All were so terrific. Thank you so much for being the Essential Care Team that you are. I can't say enough.
