Nice they got card readers , how about clean up the place. Eeek it always stinks in there...I hate even going , but until I get a dryer...I'll plug my nose...gross

I used 2 of the $7 large washers today 7/8/2022, ran my credit card for each washer & a $25 charge came up on my credit card for Metro Wash Boerne. There is no notice posted for any kind of up charge. I further learned there is a 4% charge for the money changer machine. That up charge IS posted. The credit card charge is theft.!

Came here because I needed to wash my 20 lb weighted blanket in a COMMERCIAL washer as my washer at home has 15-18 lb weight limit. I coke in and start the commercial “BIG LOAD” washer. Seems perfect right? I get this error after paying $7.25 to use it and it will not go away. I take the blanket out and close the door and the load starts 🙄 of course it does. I pay $6.75 at the one next to it and it works after I had to break a $20 bill in the change machine. Beyond irritated that no one is here to help with these kind of issues and there’s NOT EVEN A NUMBER TO CALL!!! Out 7.25 on nothing and a lot of patience

Clean and tidy. Expensive.... They offer wifi but it never works for me. It's air conditioned. So it's nice in the Summer. . There is no handicap ramp close. So this might be a problem for some people. There is a little ramp when walking into the laundromat. So that makes it at least a little easy.
