The only nice person at this location is the girl at the desk, doctors have no sympathy or sense of urgency for patients. I waited a while with a sick toddler until I came out the room and saw his doctor having a nice chat with a colleague, she forgot she had a sick child waiting to see her. Don’t go here they’ll let you die!

Excellent service, pleasant associates with timely communications of results. This was my first visit but I will be back.

I came in with all the symptoms of strep throat (even suggested to the MD that is what i had). I verbally told the MD my symptoms; pain with swallowing, palpated swollen lymph nodes, fatigue, low grade temp. The MD even stated “the back of your throat is red” and validated that my lymph nodes in the front of my neck were swollen. Was never given an antibiotic until two days later when i went back into the office because my symptoms just got worse, and was still met with resistance from a different MD; downplaying my symptoms. Then the strep culture came back positive as suspected. Suffered for 2 days with this infection festering when it could have been treated promptly. Poor assessment and treatment done by 2 Smithtown city MD doctors. For the future i will seek out other urgent care centers and with encourage my friends and family to do the same.
