I gave them 3 stars on service because of the lack of communication. They lacked to tell me you must request room service every day to have it done. One front desk employee to us to check in by 2am to then later be told you must check in by 12am or be charged for an additional day. Most every other hotel I have ever stayed in upon checking in relayed the hotels amenities this hotel you were to figure it out on your own. The pool and hot tub was great and room was clean and well kept (nothing broken)

The room was really nice my only complaint with the room was the fridge didn't work. We bought fruit and lunch meats and chocolate milk, we ended up throwing it all away. No blanket for the sofa bed either just sheets no pillowcase either. The breakfast was adequate and they kept it stocked up. The evening staff was never at the desk we would have to call to get someone. The coffee in the lobby was always empty and the creamer empty. We would have to ask for coffee for our room. The pool was very nice.

Stayed there two nights and it was excellent. Great price, staff is friendly, breakfast was nice & hot, rooms & lobby were cleaned. No complaints
