Called to set my sim an appointment because he had a bad cold and was running fever on and off , the receptionist said the nurse have to call me back to set up and appointment Luke why do the nurse red to call me back just to make an appointment and when she called she said we don’t treat colds you just have to let nature run it’s course , so I take my baby to the ER and turns out he had an ear infection and this place wouldn’t even let me make my baby’s doctor’s appointment so I have no respect for this place !

I had an appointment at 8pm on Friday. They canceled my appointment around 6pm because I received a notification stating so. I called the office, they were closed. Then they say I missed the appointment. What a joke. This is what happens when you try to get services deep in the ghetto. Unprofessional and never accountable. I’ll never deal with this location again. Bottom of the barrel.
