Very nice. New maintenance management and newer RV's. Nice quiet country peaceful living under surveillance at all times. Patrolled by Gregg County. 👍 There's been some changes had some undesirables to show their true selves and that kind of behavior is not tolerated here so out they go. We like it nice, quiet, peaceful and family environment, everyone looks after each other and helps each other out. 👍

My mother lives here, it is quite and secluded. I myself would not! trailers are back to back and I feel as if your always beeing watched no privacy
