I received a call from Vinny (Manager) on 9/20/22. He read the complaint in my previous review and agreed I should not have been charged for rotor damages and repairs. On 9/29/22 he called back and gave me the exact $ amount to be reimbursed. On 10/15/22 my charge card was credited $641.86. Thank you Vinny.

I hope service improves once they return to their original location on Jericho Tpke: the temporary location has been a disaster. Everything takes longer, for one thing, and paperwork sometimes has gotten bungled, needing to be redone. I don’t want to single anyone out but certain service assistants need a more watchful eye or perhaps to be replaced if they can’t measure up. I’ve been coming here for longer than I can remember and am not happy at how recent visits have gone.
