Positive: The place was clean--my No. 1 priority. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was spacious. Everything worked. Negative: Hotel is located in the middle of an industrial park and a neighborhood with no other retail nearby. At least Carnegie is only a mile away. The TV got many stations, but not ESPN. Breakfast was barely credible. No daily housekeeping service.

Well the reservation help and the front desk staff were super friendly so let's start there. The computer system was so slow it took forever to check in. The room was not exactly clean. Part of that is just a general rundown look to the place but my fog kept finding all sorts of leftovers under bed, in corners, etc. The walls in this place are pretty thin. I heard my neighbors all night including the person above us who stomped all around until about 2 in the morning. The bed was hard as a rock and the pillows water thin. We lost power and needed an emergency bed for the night so it did the job but I'd never come back

Not bad stay. Reception took more than 1/2 an hour for check in with many ifs and buts. We had been there along with two other families and kids. Refrigerator in the hotel room was full of ice in freezer. Some light and intercom were out of order. Still location wise good place, near to downtown. Flowers were pretty in the hotel compound specially roses.

Positive: The location is convenient to the west busway. You can walk to/from Bell station, though it¿s up a hill for the stop. Negative: While the room was impressively clean, it needed a lot of refurbishment. Busted up fluorescent lights, towel rack/bar falling down, shower curtain rod also sagging and needing to be re-mounted. The common areas also felt incredibly tired.
