Shout out to the maintenance crew for their all-around amazing service! Makes living here even better! Our washer/dryer was a lemon and they got us a brand new set in record time, and when the new dryer came damaged they came right back to make it right. Great communicators, and very nice helpful people. Nice to know that if something goes wrong, their friendly and kind crew will fix it. And FAST. 5 stars would recommend. Also, shoutout to the office staff for always being so kind and welcoming every time I pick up a package! Top notch people. If you’re looking for a nice, clean, new and friendly place to live, this is it.

The Lofts at Norton Crossing is a stunning property from the landscaping, and pool to the interior. Lori is new but so far she and her team are amazing.

The Lofts at Norton Crossing is an absolutely amazing complex to live at! It's clean with amazing amenities including a beautiful pool. All of the staff members have been absolutely wonderful in every way imaginable and even maintenance is on top of it. I had a small leak in my shower head and within 24 hours of notifying the complex of the issue, maintenance responded and promptly fixed it. I would definitely suggest this complex to anyone who is looking for an overall beautiful community!

I have been living in the Lofts since Dec 2020. I love it. The amenities, the community and location are all fitting. The staff is Great as well.
