Lovely looking new store which earned one extra star. Unfortunately it is filled with cranky, unhappy staff. Come on Comcast give your employees training in kindness and how to communicate!

Why is Xfinity-Comcast so horrible? The bill is outrageous & the service is almost NON-EXISTANT, outages, outages... HORRENDOUS. The people on the phone as well as the service center show zero care. Some you can barely understand! TERRIBLE

I'm having the exact same issue with Xfinity. Corporately they are a mess and a bit of thieves as well. I dealt with them for over two decades now and their business practices have never really changed. I don't think that this post is going to affect them, corporately, seeing as though it's about a local location but it's a sad sight to see either way.

How can I get someone from Comcast to understand what I need ? What’s so difficult to get X1 equipment Delivered to my house that’s a bulk contract? They’re sent equipment that appears to be 7 years old and outdated. I was the remote you speak into.

Im assuming its a typical email box and the standard steps you'd take would be to delete each email then empty your trash box. This should clear it out.

Yes, poor MGMT!! Employees have no empathy of the wait times. I realize each case is different. Some interactions take a few minutes (swap/return boxes) while others take longer. That being said; they still move like molasses. Yes, too many other associations doing other work (no customers) while many ppl are waiting. Have employees work in the back. The perception is not good. This is my opinion during my 5 visits, while awaiting 5+- hrs. MGMT could and should do better.
