Small theater but large seating and space . Every one well behaved. Shhhh don't tell anyone :-)

Newly renovated after the fire, Sag theater is the newest and cleanest theater in the Hamptons. It also has the best concession stand too, just needs to add slushy's. There is a bar upstairs, which is also the only rooftop bar in Sag. No food besides bar snacks, but the liquor and beer choice is pretty extensive. New shows and art shows usually. There aren't many previews, so be sure to get to the theater as close to the start time as possible.
