I did contact his office many times.. they hardly answer to my emails nor whatsapp. Finally they told me to pay $700 for consultation. I did pay and scheduled a time for online consultation as i live abroad. Suddenly they contacted me to expedite the meeting, i agreed and was a bit confused. The whole thing too 5 minutes. I was rushed because the dr has another engagement. They sent me the cost estimate. That was before the corona, everything was delayed. One i contacted them post corona, i was advised that the prices have changed!!! And increased by 10000 dollars!!!! I wa shocked. I go the feeling that all what they care about is 💰 money. I heard a lot about dr Jacono, but i got this guts feeling that stopped me from pursuing this matter with his clinic any further. No respect for clients what so ever. What a shame. Alas.

I came to Dr Jacono looking for some facial correction over a few areas that had bothered me for years. Drooping eyelids, turkey neck etc… He put me at ease with a plan and signed me up for the transformation. Actually suggesting more than I was even seeing as part of the issues. I am now 2 weeks post the surgery, and it has exceeded all of my expectations!! The areas that had frustrated me for years are completely gone, leaving me looking rested, natural and overall happier inside. Dr Jacono is an artist, and will recommend him to all looking for someone who is top in this field.

This rating is about the staff, not Dr. Jacono. Rude receptionist and front desk admins. Will reschedule and cancel on you day of. Lied to me saying they don’t do a treatment even though someone I know just recently had it done at his office. Even called to reconfirm and they asked me to come in earlier only to cancel on me when I was one block away.

Dr. Jacono is an amazingly gifted plastic surgeon. He performed a face lift on me a little over a year ago and I couldn't be happier with the results. Every day my face is getting better and better and no one even realizes I had a face lift; just I keep getting compliments that I look so fresh and younger. I had consulted many doctors before going with Dr. Jacono. My first consultation was virtual but even so, I was so impressed by him that I decided immediately to have my procedure done with him. When I went to his office, all of the staff were very polite and professional. Dr. Jacono is a very down-to-earth person that makes you feel you comfortable and you can trust him. When I met him, I felt I knew him for years. I definitely recommend him for a deep plane face lift. The method he used is fantastic. Thank you so much Dr. Jacono. I would highly recommend anyone that is looking for a face lift to consult with Dr. Jacono.
