This was a simple drive through order for coffee. The service was friendly, helpful and accurate. We thoroughly enjoyed our Charlie cold brews.

The workers at this store are lazy and they always send out incorrect food and they do not care. When I tried to order a sandwich they told me that their oven was off. I also didn’t get a straw for my drink. I just ordered from them again (hoping it might be different) - again, no straw for my drink. Incorrect donuts and they were placed upside down ruining the frosting. Sandwich had no cheese on it. I’m done ordering from here.

Do not go to this location. I ordered an iced coffee from here today and there was a CLUMP of purple hair in my drink!! I will never go back. Given this place so many chances after nasty drinks and mess ups but this is just disgusting. Complained to corporate nothing was done.

Good selection of donuts with decent quality. The cake donuts are best. Iced coffee options are fire. Check the expiration date on milk if you buy a bottle. We bought a chocolate milk for our son that was expired and chunky. Too late since we already got home.
