First time buying a newer car and was scared at first but the entire process was smoothing sailing once I figured out what I liked. Thank you Dewy Ford for the new car!

Great experience. Kevin was great and the car was ready to be sold, unlike some other dealers that list cars before they're ready. Smooth transaction.

We had to take in our Ford Escape to have some things fixed due to a recall on our Ford Escape. All good. The service people did a nice job taking care of our beautiful red SUV. THANK YOU FORD!!!**

Ed Meyers was my salesman to help me purchase a Ford Explorer. He is knowledgeable, considerate and laborious in helping me choose my car! As a result, I purchased the best car for the best price. Sean King was very helpful in the paperwork and other purchasing options. Top professionals all the way!

There should be a hidden key inside the fob. On the back of the fob there should be a switch in the center. Use that to pull the key out. After the key is out there is a little spot to put the tip of the key in. Insert key and twist. The fob will come apart and u can switch the battery. The batteries u need are CR2032.
Everyone has to wear a mask and when I test drive my new car the salesman did not get in and ride. Inside they have tables spaced apart
I would think so but they may say the part that broke was damaged by other means than the bolt falling out. Take it in and see what they say. Unless its obvious your theory isn't correct they should want to make it right. Or maybe you'd buy a Chevy next time.
Call service dept at the dealership and ask for your advisor. Every customer has one. If they aren't available you can leave a message and they will call you back. Usually that business day. They are hard to get ahold of sometimes when you call them. So you definitely don't want to miss the call when they're calling you back.
I would call them
No
Doubtful. It would probably be in the used department. Check the website
