It was awful, I wanted a cheap frame and lens because I just use it for college (while I am in class ONLY) and for work because thats how I make my money to pay my college and rise my son, the woman (hispanic with long hair) who works there treated me like “ew poor get off here” I might be poor but I make in 1hrs what she makes im a day working there but I am not up to pay expensive glasses at all and altho this place seem as its a 5th ave boutique while its in the most disgusting city in NJ, the frames prices are ridiculous if I am up to pay $600 in a glasses I would go to Manhattan not to Ironbound.

The receptionists at the front were phenomenal HOWEVER the woman who assisted my child with her glasses was inappropriate and disrespectful and I wanted share on the forum because she disrespected my child. I understand a sales person needing to make a sale but this woman kept trying to sell me Tory Burch frames for a pre teen. Not to mention I continued to tell her we could NOT afford them. After 8 times of repeating myself because she kept acting like she didn’t understand me she had an attitude and was rude to my child. Nice beforehand but rude and cut off. It it wasn’t for the wonderful receptionists up front and the amazing doctor it would’ve been one star. Not to mention when getting the prescription to her desk she says out loud in front of my child “Ooohhhh her eye sight is really bad” She’s very lucky I have better class and chose to write this review. I almost have this review to consumer affairs and BBB.
