9/17/22 I'm not exactly sure why this store offers buy online and pick up at the store when they have no intentions of actually fulfilling their customer's orders. I placed my order around 3:30 pm today and by 7 pm it was canceled. I personally went to the store and found all items with the exception of 2 items. This took me less than 10 minutes without knowing the store layout. So imagine how long it would take a DG employee to fulfill this order. This store was recently remodeled and they reduce the number of registers. Now the line is long and scratches back to the back of the store at any given time. Since the remodel the self check-out has worked maybe one time. I'm not exactly sure what genius at Dollar General thought it was okay to eliminate the additional two registers. Be prepared to stand in line for at least 15 to 20 minutes since there's only two cashiers and the self-checkout is never available.

Ive been going there since I moved here a year ago. Great staff but yesterday the customer service staff William went out of his way to help me looking for item I need it. Great customer serviced service

The line is always long here, and I don't find the store to be well stocked. I've gone here a few times and been unable to find the items that I wanted.
