I always order from deeks. I would have gave the 5 stars tell today. I was only 83 cents short n they wouldnt help out or offer anything else. For as much as I spend there. McDonald's would help out ppl.

BUYER BEWARE! Really weird business model. I was passing through Fargo late at night and was going to grab a pizza for the road. Deeks was open but closed for pick up. Only deliveries. I thought no big deal. I’ll just have them deliver it to the parking lot and I can be on my way. I was called 30 minutes after I ordered and told they could not deliver my pizza because it was a safety issue. I reordered through their app and they would deliver to the parking lot of Blarney Stone. I cannot understand the difference in safety concern. Their own parking lot vs another restaurants across the highway. My pizza showed up cold and every person I spoke with on the phone trying to figure this out was very crass. First time and last time ordering a pizza from Deeks.

My fiancé and I ordered pizza from deeks at 12:45 am on 1/19/22. Was told it would be an hour to an hour and a half. Called at 2 am and was told driver was en route to hospital with order. Waited 45 minutes and tried to call the store repeatedly to find out what was happening. No answer or follow up from pizza place. My fiancé had not eaten since 9am and we were going to celebrate our new addition with one of the only places open at the time. To say we are disappointed is an understatement. Called the north Fargo location and was told you are not affiliated with each other. I originally wanted to give a 1 star rating. However I called back when deeks opened today and they immediately corrected the problems from the night before. Kelly was the manager who helped me today and Brooke delivered my order. I really thought that was the last time we would ever order and I am very happy to say that is not the case . Thank you both for doing your work and doing it well!
