Ferrellgas has always treated us well with prompt delivery and good prices, drivers are very courteous but if your changing tanks for what ever reason expect to wait 4-6 weeks. Also you never know when they'll deliver they just show up which in the winter is tough on us to prepare for them living on a private dirt road.

During my four years of Ferrell Gas service, the tank would be filled when it reached 40%. Last February, I called for a fill at 40% but did not receive a delivery until it reached 18%. Needless to say this was stressful for my wife and I. Despite calls to the main office, nothing was changed on our delivery schedule, the corporate office blamed the local Saratoga county provider.

I've been trying to reach them for 2 weeks now, goes right to the busy tone every time.
When you call Ferrellgas, they will give you a delivery window. Id call them and find out when you should get a delivery.
They only supply propane.
