My daughter and I are looking for a new place to live because the place we live now is a health hazard and this place seems nice. I can only give 4 stars because I feel we can’t truly rate fairly since we only visited once. The complex is nice and the office staff was friendly! The only downfall in my opinion is the fact it’s on the top of a steep hill and winter weather might make that quite interesting. Overall, not a bad place.

Lovely front office staff and management. So very helpful when we decided to move from one of the apt to a townhome. They made it easy and were extremely responsive. One of the best options to live in Cincinnati area. Disadvantage: some residents drive a very loud noisy cars which is inconvenient, I hope Aspen Pines have a policy that says no noisy cars in this great community. Also there's no playground, but there's one only for dogs :) are you kidding me?
