I had been using this storage for 3 years. The office staff are extremely nice and helpful! The units themselves are tidy, spacious, and priced so decently! Super easy to get one, super easy to vacate. The security is top notch: from the gates into and out of the place to the locking mechanisms on the actual unit. Would rate higher if I could!

Goes beyond the stars! Probably the best storage place in NKY / Cincy area. Close to the HWY, very clean and safe. While I rented a storage unit I had the best interactions with the employees working there. It was truly a "customer experience", they didn't have to listen to me and lend an empathetic ear, but the conversations and friendships made will last a lifetime.
