I had a poor experience with The Tile Shop. I was trying to match existing tile in my home. Unfortunately, they had a limited selection and do not provide free samples. The sample that I chose unfortunately did not match. When I returned the sample, I did not have the receipt and they would not issue a refund. This was a lot of unnecessary back and forth and poor customer service.

Austin H. really went above and beyond to help me out. I was looking all over town for some stuff and I called him and he was sending me photos to verify it was exactly what I needed. Super guy. It also helped that they had what I needed and 5 other tiles stores did not.
