How munch the rent age 62 56 year-old and we are on ssi please let me know

My mother recently moved here. There is a waiting list of a couple years. There is an income verification process once you've been called that they have an apartment. Not sure of qualifications but I believe rent is based on 30% of your income. Very nice place.

Sienna Village are HUD apartments. 62 and over. We do not have washer and dryer in our apartment. We have laundry rooms. Put money on a card pay to do laundry with the card.

These are senior citizen living.or for disability . Rent goes according to income.

We are pet friendly. Cats are not allowed to run loose. They must be indoor cats. Dogs must be on a leash and kept inside or walked by the resident

It's best to visit the place

If you are a senior, rent is based on your income. My mother lives there. She makes very little a year, something like 20 grand and her rent is somewhere around 480 to 500. There is a waiting list to get in. She waited almost 5 years to be called.

We are HUD apartments. Rent is based on your income. No washer dryers in our units but we do have washer dryer areas. Our apartments are approximately 600 ft²

Our community center has a generator. Our apartment buildings do not.
