I have wonderful memories staying here! I stayed here recently and the king bed room was clean, pleasant and very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. Very good customer service. Cons: I wish there was an elevator and the stairs carpet was very dirty throughout my stay. Overall, a very good experience for the things that matter most. :)

I am rarely a Karen, but this place was the worst stay I have ever had at a hotel!! Plus it is the start of our honeymoon!! We arrived were told check out is at 11 am and breakfast ends at 9:30 am! We got to our room and the lotion was half used and the conditioner bottle was open. Fast forward to this morning. I go down to breakfast and left husband in our room. While I am eating at 9:30 am the room service knocks on the door. Husband answered the door and told them to go away. 10 am we have having a serious discussion and they knock on the door. Husband tells them to go away. They knock at 10:30 am and try to open the door. Luckily I had the door hinge lock on. I ask at the front desk for them to pay half because of this rude morning. They could only give me 10% off. Which ended up just being our taxes for the room! We will never stay here again! Find somewhere else to go!!

The stay was nice. Rooms were clean and we'll kept up. The morning breakfast was lacking though. I don't mind a continental breakfast but they didn't even have any cream cheese for the bagels in that little fridge. It was kind of pitiful.

Clean. Old. Too much bad air freshener in the halls. Hot tub is broken, they are waiting on a part, which you can’t blame them because supply chain is so messed up these days. The indoor pool was fun. the pool room has a really bad echo so it’s not enjoyable to sit poolside. Definitely not near the university but it’s a small town so the drive isn’t too far. Breakfast was your average hotel breakfast.
