One of the worst experiences. Had two lampshades remade three times. He charged me $300 per shade , with my own frames.They were stained, soiled and finally uneven. The attitude was indignant, unapologetic and ultimately nasty. He refunded my money, while he destroyed the shades, admitting that they were not professionally made. However the indignant attitude never ceased! Do yourself a favor and stay away.

I've had two lampshades done here and both experiences were pretty terrible. In both experiences, I had to have them redo the shade multiple times. In the first instance, they misaligned the center point of a diffuser, as well as used the wrong fabric. They tried to argue with me about the color of the fabric and convince me it was correct. The second instance, they decided on their own accord to use a mismatched trim and then tried to convince me it was part of the original order. Come to find out, they wrote on top of their receipt copy after I left the store. They have no intention of pleasing the customer and I generally leave the store feeling mistreated and disrespected.
