Rainbow Lighting in Boro Park, Brooklyn is an amazing place… I never saw so many different styles of fixtures under one roof…contemporary,traditional, transitional,etc. They deal with the best fixture companies…Fine Art Fixtures is one of them.. I enjoyed shopping in the store.. The owners helped me and were extremely patient and helpful.. When I would call to find out when my fixture was coming in Menucha in customer service would call to find out. Nothing was too difficult for her.. I love my fixture and I look forward to shopping in the store again….

My experience with Rainbow lighting has been frustrating and disappointing . I went into the store with old recess lighting rims and asked to purchase new ones . The owner measured the rims ( 60.00 ) dollars and suggested which ones would fit , they did not fit . I was advised to have an electrician ( Ken ) from the store come to my home . For 75.00 dollars he suggested I needed to purchase the housing . I purchased the housing plus purchased the light bulbs . Light bulbs did not agree with my dimmer and the buzzing sound was as loud as hundreds of buzzing bees in my bathroom . George their electrician is worse than anyone who works in the store . He continuously tells u he’s coming to repair the problem and never does and never did . Just one lie after another . If I called the store I was told someone will call you back . No one ever called me back .
