You need to go to the DA's office with ID and tell them this. They will then give you a letter and u will take that to 1 police plaza. U cannot go and obtain what u need without the DA's letter. Hope this helps.
I said to take it to the FBI.And to Google his name and put in mug shots. This will take you to orther links.And this guy is not right.And as long as you didn't engage with him.And it's straight forward. Than you are protecting your neiborhood and any of his future fantasy.I would go file a report at the federal building. They can't stop you.And they may have HIM on file.I know what I'm talking about, respectively. Don't just take people's word on here. Please. Blocking is just a bandaid.
