Clean store and when I got to my seat i realized i had 3 too many burgers. When i took them back they said the customer who actually ordered them was happy to get fresher burgers an i could keep them no extra charge..McDonalds would have took the food and threw it away. I know because I worked at McDonalds in the past. Ill be eating here more often even though its twice as far as McDonalds is from me

The customer service is always great! The food usually is too but this time my burger wasn’t cooked all the way through and I was starving and this is the only late night option. I was really hungry!

Ordered 2 Frisco burgers and ham sandwich. Told no ham and no tomato. Ask if we could just add another Frisco meal since didn't have what we wanted. He said only 2 meals on 1 coupon. Fine so got cheese burger meal. Got our meals and meat tasted like 3 days old. Frisco burgers as you see. Dipped them in butter and served them. So in the end got fresh burgers but if it was done right the first time wouldn't of had this issue.

From my vantage point, the store was unclean, but it was obvious they had been pretty busy that day. I imagine that as the reason why the staff were robotic and impersonal. The burger was tasty, though, per usual.
