I flew down from NY for a funeral and used Bellevue Florist to have a standing spray delivered to the church. I called to check and was told Andrea was probably the really nice woman who was so patient and accommodating with me. I ordered the Sweet Solace Spray and she confirmed the color changes I was requesting were available. It was a really difficult process for me and Andrea waited patiently as I made my choices, changed them, questioned them, then changed them back again. Andrea gave me suggestions and extra time to call back with card options, affording me the time to think about my choice of words. When I arrived at the funeral and saw the spray, it was perfect. It took a really sad day and alleviated one small worry that was gnawing at me. The work they did was beautiful and I highly recommend their services. They didn't take advantage of someone and scrap together a really expensive, lacking arrangement like I've had happen in the past with other florists. I couldn't have been happier with what was delivered. Thank you.
