Stayed there this weekend. Very friendly staff. Hotel was clean and had hot breakfast. Denise and Nick were great.

Booked this places because pictures look very nice but when we arrived in the room the floors were sticky and there was hair on the sink. I did not stay there and was told I wouldn’t be charged. I have been calling and sending emails for past 2 weeks to get my card refunded. Was left on hold for 20 minutes and when I called back 2 times after they didn’t even answer the phone. I booked through booking.com and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed there earlier in the week. Desk staff and most of the house keepers were super friendly. They get 5 stars. However this one snotty lady (Tasha I think?) was a big part of the 1 star. Asked her a question and was completely ignored. Also the GM Dawn needs talked to as well as getting an exterminator to get them rats out of that nest on her head. Rooms and most of the staff are great, just a few bad apples.
