This is the best Krogers in Bowling Green! They may not be the biggest or nicest looking Krogers in BG but this Kroger has the best customer service. There employees are always friendly here. And they always have the products I need in stock.

If you care about your health and safety, do NOT buy seafood (or any meats for that matter) here. bought a couple “fresh” lobster tails and when i cracked them open to cook, one was slimy, green and orange, and smelled like death.

I just bought some Kroger brand baked wheat crisp crackers the whole wheat flavor last night and tried them this morning and they tasted like cardboard and plastic. I looked at the expiration and they expired December 8th…. It’s now March 15th…. This is not acceptable take that off the shelf they are gross!

Honestly am sick of kroger having only one register open but self checkouts have employees standing by. Kroger doesn't pay me to check out and bag my groceries. I refuse to use them. They pay minimum wage to employees but CEO just got a multi million dollar bonus and salary increase. Grocery prices are higher. It's corporate greed. My mother always shopped at Kroger as I have also nut today was last time. People are talking boycotting.. I'm in. Not just us consumers but how badly overworked and underpaid employees are yet my Cashier and bagger Kaleb and Tess were amazing..smiling..friendly. Shane on you Kroger. I will now shop at your competitors and give my opinion not only here but all social media's. Twitter folks are boycotting you also..millions. it's time we unite abd force the greedy corporations to either treat employees and their shoppers with loyalty or you loose.
