First visit was great. On this visit the doctors were excellent but this stores customer service is the absolute worst in Bowling Green. I have an eye infection, most likely caused by the clear eye contact put in for a scratch, and Dr Burt was to refer me to an opthalmologist. It's been 3 days and seriously 15 phone calls and they hung up on me all but 2 times. Once they put me through to a phone that just rings and the 2nd time a full mailbox. Told me their referral girl is booked up. Serioysly?Seriously?? This is an EYE INFECTION PEOPLE!

came in 30 minutes early & I was told wait but I was purposely overlooked. Natalie refused to give any in- store discounts.Get ready to pay extra money; I inquired about how much eye exam, there wasn't a specific cost even with insurance still a hefty charge including eye glasses. If you are willing to reuse old frames Watch Out!!

Absolutely horrible experience with the workers up front every single time that I go. The doctors are nice but the workers are rude and do not care at all about customer service. I have had issues every single time I have went. Just recently I scheduled an appointment over the phone over a week and when I went into my appointment, they said they did not have me scheduled and I would have to wait behind everyone else as a walk in. I showed them where I called and spoke to someone. Last time I came, I had trouble with the new prescription I was given and told them over and over and over that I could not see and the contacts were bugging me but they still sent me out the door with it not fixed and now I have contacts I have paid for and I cannot wear them because I can’t see. I feel the doctors are overwhelmed with the amount of appointments including walk-ins, that they don’t provide the absolute best service they can. They have no customer service skills and all act like they hate their jobs and don’t want to be there (up front). I walked out and will never be going back to a visionworks again, especially Bowling Green location. I don’t know why I gave them so many chances to begin with.

The Visionworks in Bowling Green does have an in store lab and can often complete jobs in a few hours or days. However, if they do not have your lenses in stock they will have to order them from manufacturing.
Hello! We accept hundreds of insurance plans over multiple states, so it's best to contact the location you wish to visit to see if they are in network with your specific plan.
Very busy place every time we went, the employees are very helpful
It depends on your insurance, prescription, and if they have the lenses in house.
Yes, they do!
Not sure their names but the 2 I've only seen there for years now are excellent
The doctors are great.

You really should call them.
Yes. Ask for a copy of your prescription after your exam or get a copy for up to one year after. Longer than a year and they suggest a new exam.
Yes. However, you will have to call to see if they are taking new patients.
