First time here, it was A.M.A.ZI.N.G. They were super fast. The fastest and most thorough doctor's office I've been in all my life. I was in and out within 50mins(and they mentioned they were slow and backed up, so i imagine on a good day). The doctor went over everything i needed and asked me plenty of questions to make sure he was up to date. Very pleasant staff, very professional as well.

As a non-American, I was quite anxious about finding a good healthcare provider for a minor skin problem, as I've heard all about the difficulties of navigating the healthcare system here - however, my experience with Dr. Kletsman was supremely smooth and comfortable. The office is great, very spacious with organized staff and almost no wait. Dr. Kletsman himself is a wonderful doctor: very knowledgeable and with great bedside manner. He explained to me the various possibilities for my skin issue and walked me through his line of thought and plan of treatment, leaving me feeling like I was in good hands. If I ever need a doctor in New York I'll only be seeing Dr. Kletsman!

Do not go here they only care about money not helping people I came in with chest pains and panic attack and they would not see me until I went through the billing process before I was even seen. I gave them my care credit info and the billing address wouldn’t work. I asked if they could see me first then I would call customer service to get the correct billing zip code for them after I calm down They refused. One of the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. Why go into the medical field if you don’t want anythingto help people
