Stopped in at Ubreakfix today after being referred there and could not charge my IPad. Something was wrong with the input for the charger. After one minute of the service person looking at it he found the problem with ease. Part of the charger broke off in the input slot. He fixed it in seconds and was so kind as to not charge me a fee. I truly appreciate the prompt and courteous service he provided and would recommend this company to everyone. Thank you so much for making my day!!

I dropped off a long short problem for them to get and fix. It was not a normal product for them. But their caring about people - they tried anyways. The damage was to extensive and they could not fix it. But they tried. This is heart of a team I what working on my stuff. They really do try to get it working again. Thank you for trying. :-)

The staff was very nice and even saved some stickers I had on the back of my phone (back panel replacement) which was really beyond what they needed to do. Got the repair done quickly even without an appointment. Wish they would have used the parts I had already bought but thats on me for not checking first.
