Incredibly slow and unconcerned for your time. When you show up they will place you in a line with Usually just 1 person ahead and you. However don't feel lucky as now you will wait an hour for someone to tell you to call Microsoft!

I don't work for geek squad, so I don't know prices. However, I do know it can be reset to most of the windows. Before you pay someone to do it; look online for an upgrade option online. You very possibly could do it yourself. If not, I suggest you call your local Best Buy Geek Squad. Good Luck,

I just tried setting up computer and when I type anything on the keyboard, letters other than what I type appear, e.g. I type "g" and the letter "i"appears, etc.

A Chromecast should do the trick. Just check to make sure it has everything you want from it and it will fit in the ports on the TV

All Geek Squads work by a set repair scale just like auto repair services. If the HDMI port broke more than once, it is something you are doing wrong or they didnt fix it right the first time. Sounds like its time to buy a new one
