Typically not too crowded. Most people are respectful and finish their workouts on a given rack or machine in a timely fashion. Locker room is OK. Three turf areas, which is nice. Good gym. Would recommend to others. Overall 4/5 (5/5, for reference, would be a place like RDV in Orlando).

I joined this gym the first of February for the Silver Sneakers classes. I am on a weight loss program and mentioned that to the front desk. They suggested I work with a personal trainer to help me with my weight loss program. They suggested Darian as my personal trainer. I’ve been working with him for three weeks and truly appreciate his technique and confidence he gives me. He’s a pleasure to work with and always has confidence in me. I feel very good after his work out. I enjoy coming to this gym and it makes me feel better about myself continually.

I’ve been a member for almost 3 years and I’m generally satisfied. I would give less stars for cleanliness (torn carpet, patched walls not painted, broken mirrors…shoddy look, but getting better), condition of equipment (tears, rust) and overall appearance. People don’t re-rack weights or clean, but there are signs asking members to do so. I have had some billing issues, but they were quickly resolved at the front desk. Tons of stars for the training staff…Kayla and Darion are awesome!!!! Even other trainers who have helped me out have been knowledgeable and friendly. The variety of equipment, large space and staff make the gym and make up for the appearance!

Cancelled my membership in December, and was charged for January, because I didn’t cancel within 30 days. Understandable. Checked my bank account and was charged again on 2/2/22. Called the gym, Tristan answered. When asked how they could rectify the situation, I immediately got an attitude. She kept stating “mistakes happen, and that her manager would take her side.” I was hung up on twice by Tristan. $35 a month is hefty for a gym that smells bad and has bent weights and broken machines. I wonder how many people they do this to every month? They don’t cancel the membership, charge extra and keep the profits. I will never recommend this club. I wouldn’t even call it a gym.
