I signed up for membership back in November and I’m so happy that I did. Josh J has been nothing but amazing as a trainer. He pushes you to do your very best and is always so supportive! The gym staff is also super welcoming and the environment is nice. I definitely recommend that people check it out!

Currently a member of this gym and I LOVE IT! So many machines and plenty of variety. Haven’t hit the pool yet but I can’t wait to. My favorite: racquetball. It’s so fun and they have racquets and balls for you there! This gym is the best and I went to several gyms looking around for the right one. Great prices!

Fantastic facility all around. Greeted by polite front desk staff and introduced to the GM Greg who helped me out with getting started here. Cleanest gym I’ve been in, great staff, and endless options for working out such as a swimming, basketball court, and plenty of room of cardio and lifting. Definitely would recommend to anyone !

This is one of the best gym options in the area! They are clean, have a lot of space, and the personal training program is a great way to get yourself back in the groove. My trainer Celine is super nice and knows how to hold me accountable and keep me motivated to not only keep trying but to get better and better each time. I had an injury I never thought I would be able to work out with and she made it work! If it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t be on the right track with my health and fitness journey.
