We came in for a diamond ring inspection and warranty work. Mary was an amazing associate. She looked up all our information. Updated our current contact information. Made sure our service plan was accurate and even helped us with an update for the next inspections. The pandemic kept us out of the stores, but we are so happy to be back and be welcomed by associates like Mary. She is the best!

They want you to go to another business and use their services as they don't care about your business it seems. I had the same experience when I walk into the store. Imagine that period I went to another jeweler down the way and I bought my diamonds there
I think that they do on occasion but not on a daily basis. If you call the store they may be able to direct you better
