We chose the Breakers for my Mom after my sister in law's Dad had a great experience living here. Our Mom is extremely happy in her cute, lakefront-view apartment. She's made new friends, has taken classes, and enjoys the library. She also likes the in-building hair salon, podiatrist, and dentist. Very happy!

How much for a one bedroom apartment
No buy-in ( like the Marion, for instance). Deposits for different things, like if you have a dog. Deposit equal to monthly rent, like most places.
$2000-$4000 depending on apartment size, meal plans, assistance,.etc.
The Breakers is a Beautiful place to live . My Mother had a one Bedroom apartment looking at the lake and Beach. Her rent was $2,000 a month.
We're on a tour today, and the way I understand it, Breakers is an Independent Living community and if you need a caregiver you can hire an outside service.

No but there are other goodies that are like several exercise machine on the third floor and a pool. You have included two meals - a breakfast and supper. Lunch is available for a reasonable price.
