The place is totally gone downhill over the last 3 years New Management company and new staff not maintaining or operating the facility with kindness towards its seniors that live at the building There has been a bed bug infestation for almost 2 years which is still not been rectified That is correct bed bugs which the building is not correctly attempt to exterminate and get rid of the problem Senior management company staff have been keeping it a secret and making the tenants feel fearful to claim they have a problem It is horrible that senior citizens have to be in fear of getting bitten up while they are trying to relax in their homes and enjoy life it has been a very stressful agonizing situation for my mother who has lived there for 22 years and the building refuses to do any updates on her unit it needs new flooring new painting and updated appliances but nothing has been done even though she pays her rent every month on time Please share and pass this information on to others

We scheduled an appointment to see this facility and we were glad to see that the building is great and very clean on t h e outside area of the building. Once my daughter went inside with her dad, we were greeted by Ms Jailean. She was super great. She gave us a tour of the facility. She answered all if our questions. She's an excellent people person and we were happy to receive her phone call, we she informed us that my daughter's dad got the apartment. Inside this facility is very clean , and a happy atmosphere. This is how every facility should function. 👍

Stay away if you value safety!!!! One of the residents entered my mother’s apartment and destroyed everything she owns. We were told that the individual would no longer be living there..... lies. Not only is he still living there but he’s also still taking advantage of my mother. $900 a month you’d think your parents would be safe, We’ll they won’t be.

My husband and I went to inquire about residency. Such a warm friendly atmosphere staff was great and very knowledgeable and informative answered all my questions. The environmental staff was very helpful and the property itself inside and out wasexce was extremely clean.. was placed on the waiting list. Waiting 😊
