We went to Forty10 for a postponed Father's Day brunch, but we were not at all impressed. The place smelled horrible and the floors and table top were sticky-- maybe the disinfectant they used to clean? But once the smell got in your nose you couldn't smell anything else and then the food didn't taste right. Food was okay I guess, but not outstanding-- not overly generous portions. Bacon was way undercooked and chewy, not crispy. Service was adequate, but not great -- we never got water at all or drink refills --and the place was mostly empty so the staff was not overworked. I think this is a one and done for us.

Wow, what a very tasty spot. Food was delicious and nice atmosphere one of best restaurants in the area. First time going, will definitely go back! Very yummy.

Friendly service but the food took almost an hour to come out to us. The appetizer of fried onion straws were freezing cold and undercooked. Other than that, the rest of the food was good.
