The staff is very patient, and the doctor is wonderful and kind. I have been here twice and both times the wait was over an hour, the waiting room was crowded (it's way too small), and the office temperature is rather warm. I cannot say enough good things about the staff, but the policy of scheduling multiple patients for each appointment time is absurd. There definitely needs to be two intake receptionists. as it seems many patients require extra times to sort out medical records.

Much faster than the other locations up north and staff is friendly. Would recommend this location if it's not too far out of the way

Great office to deal with, very helpful answering any questions, appointment was on time, Chantel had good music playing and had the information into the state in the same day. Dr Benedict was very knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend this office

Avoid this place!!!!! Prior to setting the appointment I sent them my information regarding the qualifying condition. The information was sufficient until the day they took my 280.00. Then they demanded that I send them more information for the condition. Apparently the Dr. cannot diagnose conditions. The catch was the condition had to be within a three year period. When I tried to contact them, they do not answer the phone. In short, the stipulations changed from the time I submitted the form to the time I visited the Dr. They took my money and did not provide the service. If this has happened to anyone else please contact me and I will explain to you the best way to proceed.
