If I can give this pharmacy 0 star I would, completely unprofessional, incompetent, rude, inefficient, and need training on customer service. My prescription was on backorder so my Dr. called in to request a substitute medication. The staff hung up on my Dr multiple times, and told the Dr the pharmacist was taking care of the pickup line. This is what the staff can do instead of the pharmacist! this whole time I'm waiting and asking multiple times to the pharmacist and staff, for them to snap at me rudely that the Dr. didn't call. I was waiting there ~40 min! and after all this, they had the audacity to tell me they are closing for lunch break! and said the dr. can leave a voicemail. They don't even have a voicemail setup!

We didn't find any good items to buy in the store during our visit. The clearance here especially needs to be rethought either by this store or their headquarters. Imagine a month after Halloween and they've only now gone to 75% off. The first thing we saw when we entered was leaves all over the floor at the entrance. They were so bad I thought we were still outside! I still don't understand the ridiculousness of the yellow tags on nearly 80% of the product shelving. It just makes it confusing and annoying! Also how many hours a week or spent just putting those yellow tags on everything?

After lunch, I dropped off 2 prescriptions and they said to come back at 5. When I came to the pharmacy, an older lady with long blonde hair said I wasn't here. She told me I was loosing my mind, which shocked me. So, I asked her to check the cameras, but she instantly said no, she isn't going to check the cameras. After 40 MINUTES of looking for my prescriptions and after a few times of checking the same papers again and again finally, she found my prescriptions. To summarize it, she was rude, had a bad attitude, and horrible customer service. PLEASE, I beg, RETIRE! Even better, fire her. BIG thank you to the young Indian girl, super professional, and nice.

The pharmacist is an entire situation. Helen. Honey. If. You. Hate. Your. Job. It’s. Time. To. Go. Your attitude is nooooo way to treat people who haven’t opened their mouths. You don’t greet people, you don’t say hi, you don’t even let people know you’re addressing them. Instead of being miserable, fix yourself and your nasty attitude and go do whatever you need to do for happiness.
