Rude staff & super unorganized. Literally waited 4 hours in the cold for a rapid test, just for them to tell me they’re not doing anymore & when i approached one of the staff members, he completely ignored me & my concerns, didn’t even provide an alternative.

I came for a test in late November after thanksgiving and it was very quick. Staff was friendly and professional.

they said untill 24 hours Case of PCR . but my case it was 27Hours
