From personal experience, this is not a long term company someone would want to work at. Long days and hours, get ready to skip meals due to the way they schedule your daily trips. If you are new you will be working every single holiday so they can save on not paying workers holiday pay. Almost forgot, they will take a total of $ 300 bucks from your check if you dont reach 120 working days. To pay for your drug test, finger prints and defensive driving course certificate which is mandatory even if u already have one. Applicants beware there are better companys out there that wont over work you. Note to advance transit, the drivers in your company work hard and are loyal serveing the public disabled, without ur appreciation. We shouldnt have to feel like we have beg for a break. Or charge your workers union benefits and still take 300 dollers from these hard workers if they dont reach 120 working days. They will not tell you this in training but it will be in the contracts you sign once you are hired.
