Broken shower door and mold all over the outside of shower (had to be building up for months). Carpet was filthy as was the bathroom floor. Carpets/floors looked like they had not been vacuumed for a long time. Bed sheets and blankets were stained and had lots of rips in them. Walls desperately need painting. We unfortunately had to stay 3 nights and our room was never cleaned the entire time. The elevator smelled like weed as well. Will not be back.

Room did not seem clean. The cover was broken on the AC, the toilet paper roll looked like someone had just used the bathroom. The person at the front desk is hiding in the back, I waited patiently for him to come out. He gave me my key card, I went up to my room, the key card didn't work so I had to go all the way back downstairs for him to actually activate it this time. The area around the location seemed run down, construction workers hanging around outside the hotel, smoking etc. I didn't feel safe there and I would Not recommend this place to Anyone traveling to Palatka for the first time.

The hospitality here was not the awful. They only cleaned our room two days out of three. One of the days they decided not even to serve breakfast. Along with that the coffee and the juice machine we're both broke no tables to sit at because they're remodeling. Definitely , Hotel we will not come back to

The room was fine and the staff were nice but our entire floor smelled like it used to be the smoking floor, room included. Also their continental breakfast was awful. Nothing worked, all they had was plain bagels and nothing to put on them but hot sauces clearly taken from other restaurants. For the price was not impressed, especially when it would be super easy to at least offer a more standard breakfast. Butter and jelly packets are not expensive. They didn’t even have any tongues or anything to pick up bagels with.
