This place does not follow policy! The owner is a downright scammer! I’ve seen multiple people come in to return an Amazon package with a QR code only for the workers to say the customer has to pay for packaging. I’ve confirmed with UPS customer service and Amazon and what this store is doing goes contrary to policy. Don’t let them scam you! Would give a zero!

Arrived prior to opening and waited out front which was perfectly fine. Store opened up late 6min, the manager was rude. Never apologized for opening late and dug into my bag for the returns I was making while I was doing that myself already. He had an overall bad attitude towards the other customers that were waiting in line ahead of me as well. Worst UPS store I’ve been to yet.

I like that this location is close to me and when I have gone in, folks are usually friendly, except lately -- there is a now a young/teenager girl working the counter. She snatched the package from my hand, was rude when I asked if she had tape because I realized that I needed more tape. I will be finding another UPS store, this behavior is uncalled for.
