It is the best agency for People who already want cheap rooms. I rented with them and I've been in the same room for 13 years. I am happy. I give it 5 stars.
Ms. Soto
Vicki is the best.. in less than 5 minutes she found me a good place as I prepare for my own apartment. I recommend it. I just needed a place to sleep when I got back from work and she helped me a lot. Thanks to this woman I didn't stay on the street because she moved me the same day.

I am very happy and grateful to Yessica. I went and looked for a room quickly without problems. I recommend working with her. Everyone is very nice but Yessica is the best
Lady Lavant
Rude! Rude! Rude! I don’t understand how companies decide to go in business and put people who lack personable character traits on phone duty. If you’re not a generally likable person or don’t have a nice tone why are you answering the phone? I’ve been waiting on them to have properties outside of the BRONX but that’s all they’ve had for a month. So when I called the first time I spoke to some rude lady and then a nice lady named Ericka. I called back today for updates and there she was again being RUDE like she was a month ago??. Which is sad because we never met face to face, and we never will. Heard so many great things about this company and Ericka but dropping the ball in communication with regards to customer service, yeah I’m not interested. It’s a tell tell sign of what’s next. So NEXT COMPANY that want my $750. . Here’s the info they send you when you contact them, I hope this saves you some time and a few steps: You will need photo ID, work info, 1 weeks rent,1 week security & our registration service fee of $250 dollars. Prices for singles range from $225 to $250 weekly. Total amount to move in will be from $700 to $750 dollars.

You can call him directly. Ask for Erica
How much you want to spend
Brooklyn or queens are the cheapest
They will help you find a room same day.
No your gonna have to go to the office
It changes daily....call them directly for more info!
That's how I started (a youth hostel.). Some places charge $150 to find you a room, others $200, $250, $275, $300:all depends. They connect you with a apartment owner who may charge 125 weekly, or $150, 175, 200, 250, on up to 350 weekly.. But the average for a decent place is $250. Apartment owners my ask for a deposit also, but you get it back at the end, or it applies for your last week. Some will not ask for a deposit, it depends. Sometimes the owner may live in the apartment, but most times the owner will not, you and other will share the apartment with your own individual bed room but shared bathrooms, kitchen, WiFi etc. But if you are willing to spend $250-$300 weekly, than your room should be fairly nice. My reference is only to Manhattan.
No I don't, I don't run a Realty business..
They were very good
Hey Steve I went there I paid my 175 dollars. For them to find me a room then after I saw the room a couple of them. But this one nice size room I have now good. Non
I don't know about that u would have 2 call them & c, but they found me a beautiful room,so if I was u I would give them a call
It’s $850 for a studio ?
Most rooms are in apartments. It's rare to find rooms that are in an independent house, but they might have a few.
It all depends. There are short term and long term rentals. Long term room rentals can last for years.
I just need an affordable room. Im willing to share the bathroom and kitchen
Yes; sorry i don't have it anymore, you can Google it the number will be there.
Yes it is close to trains and busses which are alone a block away from my building
Weekly/Monthly
At NYC ROOMS 4 RENT it not a nightly thing. They send you to look at rooms in someones apartment. You and that person come to an agreement as to how long you are going to stay there. Payment is on a weekly basis which is also something you and the person have to discuss due to when you will have money to give. I hope this is helpful.
This is a place to ask people questions about this business. They don't reply to you here. Look up their number and call them for information.
$750. Electricity included
Yes its legit and I also used it without issues.
Yes they do rent rooms to couples and Daniel Thompson is right; ask questions if there are multiple rooms because some renters don't want you talking to the other occupants.
$900.00???, that's a lot for a room..
You can ask for a renter who will rent to coupled.
Catherine yes if you find a room you like
It's hard to get and asking for 2 weeks Security deposit plus the first week plus 300 fees, I give up and moved to the state of Maine
The broker fee is or was $200. Dollars . 1 week rent 1 week deposit. Most apt are illegal so be careful
