Tanya at the front desk needs customer service training. I just joined 3 weeks ago and called with a question and she was so rude and condescending. Ridiculous.

Yes. Close on Fridays
They don't put out soccer balls during open gym, but you might be able to ask the staff for them. There are also paid soccer lessons.
Both pools are heated
Your kids will be able to use the pool but yes, they have set hours for "family time" and other situations. Check their season schedule book for hours.
Yes, the pool classes are for all abilities, including arthritis and other physical disabilities. The schedule can be found on the Cross Island YMCA'S website. I enjoy the water classes very much myself.
There is a fee, if that is what you were asking
Yes. Two, actually. You need a membership for the one in the hallway next to the gym. You can swim, without a class, at certain times in the JK pool, just call and find out when.
Not sure,call & chk 1st
courts are not public.
Yes. There is a gym next to the deep pool if you go down the hallway looking right. Usually there is gymnastics there though.
Yes, justgo to the Cross Island Y and speak to an agent.
Yes,but check with the office for the schedule
Yes. The Cross Island Y is a great place to come and excercise. There are two swimming pools--large and small--which are the main draw. Free parking in the lots and on the street. There are no parking regulations on the area. I hope this was helpful.
If you are an adult, and have a membership, you can use the second floor. Or you are a child, in which case, the YMCA has a bunch of machines on the second floor that you can use without a membership. There are also a few machines in the extension of the hallway that leads to the locker rooms for the JK pool, which is through the main lobby
