I tried to make an appointment to get some measurements taken. The lady said she was open to take me right away so I got there immediately. Once I spoke to her and told her that my dress was going to be made in my country I was just going to pay for measurements she said she had no time to do it and she was completely rude and not helpful at all. I don’t know anyone in this area so I asked if she knew someone that could do it for me or if she didn’t have time maybe arrange an appointment. She got mad and said she doesn’t do that type of job and her gestures were so unprofessional. I was not asking for my measurements to be taken FREE I just wanted someone professional to take them for me since I can do it by myself.

Dolores is a great, very experienced and professional tailor who did implacable job on the wedding dress That I needed to be altered. Taking in sides, hem, lace appliqués, re enforcing buttons -everything was done very professional. She did great job at very small time frame. I don’t think there’s anything she can’t do. She fitted dress from size 12 down to size 6 and it looked stunning!

Terrible attitude, I went in to get price quote. You would have thought I was talking to the queen of sheba, horrible customer service skills and probably marginal work. Not to mention that the price she jeered at me was ridiculously high.

They have fixed 2 antique dresses for me. & Both have been amazing
