I have never had as many problems with Verizon as I did with this store. Never underestimate one person's ability to do everything incorrectly. The amount of time I have had to spend on the phone with corporate to fix all of the issues has been completely unacceptable. Not to mention, I cannot get anyone on the phone at the location to file a complaint. We have been dealing with this for over a month.

I got a new i phone 8plus yesterday July 17th I was wondering if it can be exchnged for an 8 I fell it is very awkward to hold in my hand it is a lot bigger.
